1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zamio website at zamio.io(the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Zamio provides software consulting and related services. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement between you and Zamio. Those documents control if they conflict with these Terms.

2. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences. You represent that you have authority to use the Site on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and that the information you submit is accurate.

3. Informational content only

Content on the Site—including descriptions of services, process, and examples—is for general information. It is not a binding offer, legal advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. Capabilities, timelines, and pricing for a project are confirmed only in a written engagement agreement.

4. Inquiries and communications

When you submit a project inquiry or contact us by email or phone, you authorize us to use that information to respond and evaluate a potential engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship until both parties agree in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent way
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• Submit malware, spam, or misleading content through forms or other channels
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if we believe these Terms have been violated.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including branding, text, graphics, and layout—are owned by Zamio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for ordinary business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written consent.

Work product created under a consulting engagement is owned and licensed as stated in that engagement's agreement—not by these website Terms.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may rely on third-party hosting, security, analytics, or communication tools, and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims arising from Site use is limited to INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in local currency), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

This section applies to the Site only. Liability for consulting services is governed by the applicable services agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zamio from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
